Brent Andrew Clowater primarily paints with watercolour.
His use of the medium is fresh and vibrant with a spontaneous feel.
Having an eye for detail, Brent takes measures to preserve the aquarelle’s natural qualities.
Often mixing his colours in pools of water on the paintings surface, he allows semi-transparent
rivers of pigment to flood into the shadows and stretch into the light. Referencing his surroundings
and often en plein air, Brent begins his paintings with lively, gestural drawings that are unique in
style. His final work’s depict scenes which are colourful and whimsical, yet detailed and full of life.

scott sueme

Scott Sueme age 27 was born in Calgary Alberta. Within less then a year he had moved to Vancouver
British Columbia with his family. Scott grew up in Vancouver's Hastings Sunrise neighborhood.
He lived with his father, mother, and older brother. His father was in the print industry,
influenced from his farther before him. Scott followed this path with innocent interests in typography
and design. Vancouver's inner city landscape carved his interest in graffiti art, along with an eye out
for graphics, logo design, and visual information. Particularly with graffiti, the diversity in letterforms and
cultural meaning introduced a new world and a dynamic way to communicate. Scott then attended Emily Carr University
to study general fine arts. 2 years later he was painting and creating graphics just out of his home before
finding studio space in Vancouver's downtown east side. Over the past 4 years Scott has been building an
interdisciplinary set of practices personally and commercially through design, painting, and graffiti art.

Just shoot me an email. I am always up for collaborations, so if you like what you see and want to work together let's get in touch.

Cailin Banks Parade

Cailin Banks is a Vancouver-based apparel and accessories designer.
Originally from the west coast she completed her fashion design degree at Ryerson University in Toronto.
Designing under the label 'Parade' her collections have focused on examining aesthetic paradox: restraint/freedom,
masculine/feminine, timeless/modern. With an emphasis on pattern and textile design the label has been a way to communicate
and study these ideas while experimenting with apparel. Currently PARADE is exploring accessory design in the form of weather
resistant bags with military styling and modern detailing.
